These elected members undertake the financial management of the school, collection of fees and appointment of staff.

The Governing Body plays a vital role in school governance. The Governing Body considers that part of its responsibility is to ensure that amenities not provided by the Department of Education can be available to the Collegiate Junior School.

Each year the amount required for funding is carefully assessed and care is taken to ensure that no unnecessary burden will be placed on parents.
